Adorable navy and white polka dot dress

Line navy dress with white dots. Light weight chiffon type of material so it's very airy and flowy. Waist is elastic. It's one of my favorite spring dresses but I'll be wearing white coats for the next 4 years so no more dresses for me :( please give these lovely things a new home. I attached bra strap holders under the straps. I'm a size 4.
