Adorable navy (more like chambray blue) & white striped midi petite shirt dress

Worn once. I am 5’1” & it hits almost about 4” above my ankle. Back is a little longer, like a shirt tail hem. Buttons all the way down. Optional belt sash. I did remove the small thread belt loops on either side b/c I prefer a straight look. Selling b/c I have a similar one.
