Adorable navy polka-dot dress

From a cute little shop out West. A lighter shade of navy with crisp white polka dots. Sleeves are 3/4 length and also have the ability to be rolled up and buttoned. Accents include: elastic waist, tie in the front, collar, 2 real pockets with buttons. Dress is approx 34" long One button missing.
