Adorable pink flowered maxi dress from Greek Islands

Bought this on the Greek Island, Antiparos, in a cute boutique for my sister. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit her. This dress is one size fits all, but does not work for girls with larger chests because of the cut. Such a cute pattern with really unique details (super subtle metallic copper stitching throughout).
