@angeljinyi it is a Small. It fits like a mini. I am 5'6 and it hits about mid thigh. My sister is 5ft and its closer to the knee on her.

@angeljinyi it would definitely fit. It is designed to be flow-y so it won't be form fitting around the hips but the bust should definitely be more fitted.
