Really great versatile skirt with stitching details, nice soft but substantial fabric with some stretch to it and a full lining, comfortable and great with or without tights, so a fall or winter appropriate, but still nice in spring or summer. 5% spandex. I think this could fit small or medium, size 2, or 4 depending on your build.
