Forever 21 Size medium Open back dress with low neckline Perfect for a night out or a casual brunch date! It’s rather short on a tall person (I’m 5’2” and it comes a couple inches above my knee) It does flare out, as the waistline is fitted! Super adorable for spring! Only worn a few times, no signs of wear or damage.
