Adorable sailor-style mini dress

The cutest tie under the bust, slight puff at the shoulders and a gathered wrist give the long sleeves a little balloon effect. Short and looks SO CUTE with navy tights in the fall or a kitten heel for any weather. I got a lot of use out of this but there’s no obvious signs of wear—I only ever dry cleaned it.
