Adorable scalloped detail dark navy and white dress shorts with pockets

Super cute, Navy and White arrow pattern, scallop detail edges with pockets and lining. sz S but run large, they fit probably more like what I would consider a medium or 4/6 as they are too large for me now. I like to pair it with mix matched patterns in similar colors for a current look.
