Adorable spring chambray dress!

This is an adorable chambray dress that ties at the waist, has pleats in the skirt and has POCKETS! It falls just above knee length and is perfect for brunch, walks in the garden, or shopping. It has been worn a few times, but sadly, I do not get enough use out of it.
