Adorable spring summer floral dress

this dress is very stretchy. if I extend the elastic on the waistline it goes to 23 in. I wore this at a size 12 with 36 triple D's and it fit perfect. it is long. measurements are in picks. lightweight and flowy. has a v-neck. Short sleeves. it's very soft. cute and fun to wear.
