luckysusanna @fl0werfield Hello! Length is 30” and I think it would be an adorable skirt! The fabric content is not listed but my guess is cotton. It’s a VERY soft somewhat gauzy fabric with a nice lining of similar fabric content. Colors and beautiful flower pattern are what drew me to this garment originally. It’s unusual!
