Adorable summer dress - size medium

This unique & colorful dress is fully lined with slits in sleeves, elastic waist, & v-neck front & back (ties across neckline in back as seen in pic). Length from elastic waist to hemline is 21" - hits above knee on 5' 7" model (as seen in pic). Only worn once & in excellent condition with no flaws.
