Adorable tie sundress

This sundress is so adorable and is in excellent condition! Tiered ruffles. Straps that tie for easy adjustment. Fully lined. This dress doesn’t have a tag so I’m not sure what brand it is. It fits like a medium and seems to be very well made. Would have kept it, if it wasn’t too big for me. Make me an offer :)
