Adorable tropical halter dress 4-6 years

So cute!! Cotton printed fabric and poly grosgrain ribbon for the sash. Pullover/step in to get on then tie the halter around her neck. Back bodice has 1.25” of elastic across to keep snug to lower back. Front “wrap” bodice is sewn closed to prevent gapping. No labels or tags. Measurements are chest (front @ underarm level): 12”. Waist (flat): 11.5”. Skirt length: 16.5” Sash ties: 17”. Very approximate length of neck ties: 10”
