Adorable turquoise lace and ivory party dress

Super cute dress, I love it but it is just a little too small for me. Wore once to a wedding rehearsal dinner. It is in new condition without tags. Skirt part is like a chiffon over-layer with a matching liner. Top is cream colored with turquoise lace overlay. This is SUPER cute and flattering fit & flare/ A-line. The back looks a little bunchy but I had the wrong kind of bra on and it is way too tight on me. It says size 4 but it fits like a 0 or XS.
