Adorable vintage 1980's polka dot dress

Adorable 1980's Lady Carol of New York polka dot dress that looks like a 2-piece. Black and cream, the dress has a flattering silhouette with a cinched waist and can easily be updated for a more modern look. Shoulder pads and back zipper are in working order, though it does not have the belt and the "skirt" part of the dress definitely has that sheen you get from an overly hot iron. Dry Clean Only.
