Adorable vintage 70s plaid short sleeve dress size small

So cute vintage dress, good condition for its age… does show some wear but then again it’s vintage. No rips or stains or odors. Material is soft maybe a poly cotton blend, not sure. Zips in the back. Elastic waist band stretches to fit a 25-27” waist.
