Adorable vintage embroidered sweatshirt-material cardigan with balloon sleeves

This sweet vintage cardigan is made of sweatshirt material, wide oversized balloon sleeves that are cuffed at the bottom and a cuffed crew neck neckline. Flower embroidery looks handmade and is 3D with buttons as the center of the flowers.
