This is a vintage Higbee's bag made in Italy. Leather square beg with pretty ribbons of various types woven through the front and back of bag. Has a large tassel attached to the zipper pull. Interior is perfect. The leather color is a pearlized white/cream color. Strap drop is 23". Very unique piece.
