Adorable, vintage red skirt by Russ size large

There was no size given, but the waist measures 15 inches across. I believe this is a size 12 or a large, gorgeous bright red color polyester machine washable. There is a zipper in the back there are elastic panels in the back by the zipper to make the waist more comfortable. This is a very cute vintage skirt, comes from a pet and smoke free house that is clean.
