momof3girls822 So did I, I was over 200 after I had Kaitlyn she is gonna be 21 in July. Then in 2006 I had Layla and then 2008 I had Lauryn. I was 199!! I started running, when I started I could only run like 30 seconds..lol now I Di Znout 4 to 7 miles a few times a week. The weight came off slowly..and it got me out of the house away from the kids and stress of bring a mom again.

batmansbetter @momof3girls822 My baby's name is Layla!!! She will be 2 in April. I also got to 200lbs. I've lost about 20 of it. I just recently strayed going to a gym. Maybe I will keep it! Thank you for the motivation!

momof3girls822 U better keep it!!! We have alot in common 😀. I lovd that name Layla,, so much better than Robin...lol. You can do it!! Get outdoors,,it's very motivating, I found it easier to be outside than inside, when you have kids it can be stressful, being outside its like a mini vaca away...being indoors is too claustrophobic. If I can do it you can!!! Try it and keep me posted friend 😀
