Adorable white little dress with bell sleeves. EUC Size Large

I purchased this dress for myself but it does run small for a large and there is no stretch. Measurements are as follows Pit to pit 19” Waist 16”. if you need more measurements, please do not hesitate to ask.. this dress is absolutely adorable made by violet and it is an excellent condition.
