Stunning shiny slinky blue dress. Size 6 petite. Shirred on the sides of waist. Lingerie holders inside shoulder. Worn once. I tacked the neckline with a couple stitches as it was showing a bit too much cleavage for me, but it can be taken out. Kick pleat is still tacked down from purchase. Fully lined. 14” waist, about 15” underarm to underarm, 35” long.
