Nice black top. Has ruffle sleeve bottoms and a mock neck that ruffles a tiny bit. Two bottom closers on the back. Can be dressed up or down. Nice fabric. Does not wrinkle easy and is machine washable. Bought at Nordstrom Size M. Fits a size 10-12
