There is a clear “tacky” lining around the strapless border that prevents the top area from slipping. Corset like top for shaping. The dress is fitted at the waist with a lovey satin sash. I have it tied into a bow in the back. The rest of the dress has a White tulle design from the waist down. The white design is over a black tulle fabric. The dress has a very soft black lining.
