The overlay has velvet floral details. A line / fit n flare shape. Size 8. Approx measurements while flat- pit to pit: 17", length: 49", waist: 13.5" EUC, but has some stubborn fuzzies on the velvet floral part. Can be removed. Hard to notice except when close.
