@graytadasha I had to make some corrections in the posting because when I received it I just reposted it. It is NWT but a sz 14. Fabric is stretchy so these are approximate measurements. I was trying to prevent turning it inside out because of the intricate beading. If you’d like me to remeasure let me know, keep in mind it can be altered 😊
