Cute and comfortable Adrianna Pappel Navy Blue Polka Dot dress. I wore this twice for summer and fall events. It has a small black belt that cinches around the true waist, but the dress can be worn with or without it. The bottom of the dress is really flattering and the higher neckline is flattering on multiple body types. All items kept in clothing bags in closets inaccessible to pets or children.
