Adrianna Papell Polka Dot Dress with Floral Detail

Bought this for a night out in San Francisco. The sweetheart cross over neckline is so flattering to a larger bust and the fall of the dress is very smoothing. The rose detail at the waist makes this a sweet number. There is a small stain in the folds of fall in front (see pic). It will probably come out with some attention.
