Adrianna Papell Ruffled Tier Dress w/ Polka Dots

Dress is very figure flattering. Layers of ruffles. V-cut in front and back zipper back. Lined. I bought this dress as black but some people will think it is very dark navy. The lining is navy. Polka dots are gold and silvery gray. I removed the size tag but I am almost positive it is a 10. Please read the measurements. 18” across underarms 17” under bustline 18” across hip line 40” long from shoulder There is a tiny bit of stretch, but only a little.
