Adrianna Papell Silk Dress Top

Is it a dress? Or a longline blazer situation? Not really sure. But it's gorgeous! Beautiful turquoise, textured silk. Giving 80s/90s (tried looking up the tag, seems like it may be from the 80s). EUC. Shoulder pads, all buttons and top clasp intact. Tiny snag and loose thread on right side seam just above the pocket. Needs a nice dry clean, pocket is slightly bunched from being up against something else in the closet and some wrinkles at the bottom.
