I believe the pattern is considered houndstooth, but I am not 100% sure. The material is stretchy. I do not see any flaws with the top. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 19 inches and stretches to a max of about 26 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. Length from armpit to hem is about 14 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 26.25 inches.
