What is the length of the dress? What is altered?

@cleeaccount hi! I’m not 100% sure about the length, but I am 5’7 and this was a few inches too long without shoes but would have been perfect with some heels. Nothing has been altered and this still has the tags on it. I bought it for a wedding and was unable to return it
