@rward23 Hi. I really like this but wanna make sure I can wear it. I bought one in red and when it arrived it had ZERO stretch and was made like a size 0-2. Was certainly not a true 4. In fact, when I looked back at the listing I realized it stated the dress ran very small. Is it the same for this dress? And lastly, whatbis the length fro shoulder to hem, if I didn't already ask.
