The length is 39” from shoulder to hem. If it helps, I am 5’10” so you can see where it comes to on me in pics.
It’s 34” in the bust. It does have some stretch in the bust but not 100% sure about a D cup. I am a B cup. I think a C would be fine.

@abbylop7676 I would not say this dress has a revealing neckline. There is mesh in between the solid horizontal strips of fabric. I will take a close up pic of that and the zipper and add.
