Ugh I wish this fit but my hips are too big :,( Beautiful black sheer material with dark red velvet flower and dragon designs over a black lining. Stretchy. Black zip in back. Hits above the knee. Sheath style so it's pretty much the same dimensions top to bottom BUT as I said, it is stretchy. Looks good if you're thin, looks good if you're curvy. My particular curves just made it too short for my liking.
