Brand new with tags and extra button. Above the knee, a line. Cute side pockets! The bow is attached and has four gold buttons. The side of the boys come with them sown down but you can take the string off and pucker them up! There is a super cute front pleat. Great for work or a casual outing, can be dressed up too.
