Adrienne Vittadini leather lace up flats - women’s size 4.5 UK, 8 US, 37.5 EU

These flats are in good preowned condition with signs of light wear. The white leather has a slight sparkle to them that make them very unique. The size is UK 4.5 medium or 37 EU. The have clean laces and the bottoms shoe slight wearing. I purchased these from Thred-up and they are too big. I would think they are equivalent to a size 8 women’s shoe as shown on the chart. I wear a US size 4.5 thinking that was what I was ordering. Please ask any questions and all offers are welcomed.
