Aerie red and black check flannel tunic size XS

Good used condition- no noteworthy signs of wear except for pen marking on inside label (pictured) Shirt is a soft flannel so does have some normal wear but it’s all part of the charm and doesn’t detract. Size XS The shirt is tunic length so it can be worn easily with leggings or jeans. I believe it was even advertised for sleep/lounge as a nightshirt but I’ve always paired it with leggings :) Length from pit to hem is app. 20.5 inches
