@naxcess yes there is stretch. 99%cotton and 1% elastane. Leg hem is 5 1/4” approx. they look slim skinny but can’t say how they fit/look on someone

@lucycahoon thank you. I like them but I need a leg hem at least 7” - 7.5”. I think they call it more of a slim straight fit.
