NWT Aeropostale Mini dress with empire waist. Color is a bluish green, spruce color. Fabric is a stretchy velvet. Size XL, but could easily fit a large also..check measurements below. Spaghetti straps that cross cross in back and are adjustable. Made in China- fabric is 94% polyester, 6% spandex. Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Measurements taken while lying flat: 16 3/8 in across waistband, stretches at least 2 more inches 17 1/8 in length of skirt from waistline to bottom 33 3/4 in overall length, but straps adjust so length depends on where it fits you. That is why I have listed the skirt length too. 17 in from strap straight down to waist, but straps adjust to fit you so this will vary on your body
