When we set out to create a mesh motorcycle jacket, we wanted to make sure it was a super-functional, elevated version of a warm-weather riding must-have. An external rain- and wind-protection layer. The Draft Mesh Motorcycle Jacket features leather at the collar, hand-pocket openings, sleeve panels, and hem. There are zippered mesh gussets at the sleeve openings. The Draft also has zippered hand pockets for stashing necessities. The Draft Mesh Motorcycle Jacket is equipped with pads featuring the D3O® Ghost range for the shoulder and elbow pads—the thinnest and most flexible pads in the company’s arsenal—as well as Viper Level 1 D3O® armor protecting the back. All of the pads are CE-certified and completely removable. In an effort to prevent the Velcro® pad-pocket closure from irritating the wearer’s skin, we have created an innovative design in which the shoulder- and elbow-pad pockets can be accessed through the lining of the back-pad pocket.
