Customarily worn one on each wrist, but you could stack on one wrist for a more dramatic look. Leather inner band allows flexibility when slipping over medium-to-large wrists. Inside diameter when round/unworn is approximately 2 5/8 and when worn and in more of an oval shape, the long inside diameter is about 3".
