African Heart One Size Fits All dress/skirt

African Heart Skirt Fit All size. Color is a denim blue and yellow, brown, green, and white. The garment is a skirt but as you can see can be worn as a halter dress with the straps up or down (a two outfits in one garment). Elastic waistband that can stretch out to approx 40 inches around. The skirt is belted with attached ties (one on each side). One belt strap is approx 31 inches long. There are pockets on both sides of the garment (2 functional pockets). Pocket slit is approx 5 inches and pockets are approx 5 inches deep. Length of garment from top to bottom is approx 42 inches. Bottom of skirt is approx 80 inches across from one side of garment to other side. Made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester.
