Hi low short dress. Off one shoulder. Tie for the waist. Or wear without. Has pockets. Very thick nice material. I bought at Ace Kouture. It is really great quality. I never even wore it bc it swallowed me. It’s a size small but it’s very wide at the waist. So it can be worn cinched or not.
