blackburnt @brownpaperdoll the waist is not elastic. It's one size fits all. Im 4'11" and it's still a tad long with my heels on. I have to hike the skirt up on my waist.

brownpaperdoll @blackburnt what I'm most concerned about is the waist. If it's zip there may be a strong possibility it does not fit all, this fabric has no give... i'm 5"6 185

blackburnt @brownpaperdoll I weighed 150 when I wore the skirt, so it probably will not fit you. There is give in the waist as it's not snug, I just lap the belt around. Thanks for inquiring.
