After Six NWT halter neck bow evening gown maxi dress size 2

This a stunning and classy dress for a special occasion! Size 2, very slight stretch. Zips up in the back. Dark red. I’m 5”1’ flatfooted, but wearing a 3 inch heel in the pictures. It would still need about 4-5 inches off the bottom and altered in the back for me. Would work best for someone taller if not wanting to alter. So lovely!
