Agaci Blue Polka Dot Summer Dress with pockets

Color: navy blue, white polka dots pattern This is brand agaci, used Ann Taylor for exposure. NWOT, I bought this for a summer event and ended up wearing something else. This is still a super cute item but I have no need for it. It has pockets so you can keep your phone or wallet on you where ever you go. It has a front tie knot that you can tighten or loosen as much as you want to fit your chest. The straps on each shoulder are also adjustable. Wear this with a stick on bra and cute wedges this summer. The buttons on the bottom are also real for putting the dress on.
