This was a gift and I just am too set in my routine to use this. I did try it twice, so the cleanser was opened, but it’s practically full! The plate that washes your face was also used, but you can clean it gently, or buy a new one from their site. This device is great for lymphatic drainage in mornings, but I’m just set into my day-to-day skincare regimen to really get this devices full effects. Great deal for someone looking for this!
